The Soy offers Asian fusion take-out

Moving to the Okanagan Valley almost 3 years ago has been a dream come true for the Ishizakas. The wide variety of local vegetables and produce ignited the idea of providing a healthy take out alternative while creating an Asian-Okanagan fusion deli-style restaurant.
All the menu items are arranged by Takeshi, the Head Chef. His culinary background is derived from professional experience in French, Italian, North American and modern Asian cuisines.
“It’s my pleasure to prepare deliciously crafted local food that is ready for serving at lunch and dinner tables throughout Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley” says Chef Takeshi.
Their menu items are beautifully dished up while offering reasonable prices and friendly service.
Patrons can see the full of variety of Soy’s menu in their glass showcase which makes choosing individual items easy, or you can choose from their assorted sampler boxes.
The Soy Restaurant is set to open on Monday, February 7th at its new Mission location, Suite 101 2900 Pandosy St.
